Recommended dosage: 25g per 125ml of milk or water. Ideal for hot (25g in 200ml hot milk) or cold (25g in 200ml cold milk) beverages, as well as smoothies (30g in 150ml cold milk with ice cubes, blend for 20 seconds)!

May contain traces of soy, milk, and nuts. Store in a cool, dry place.
