Payment methods

Cash on delivery
Selecting this payment method adds an extra charge of €3.00 at checkout. The order amount is paid in cash to the courier. The service is available only for deliveries within Greece and for orders up to €300.
Card payment – credit, debit or prepaid
You can complete your purchase with Visa, Mastercard, Maestro or American Express. The charge is processed in Viva Wallet’s secure environment with no account creation required. If the issuing bank declines the transaction, the order will not be processed.
Payment security
All card transactions are handled through the Viva Wallet platform, which uses TLS 1.2 encryption and a 128-bit SSL protocol for secure data transfer. Viva Wallet is a payment institution licensed by the Bank of Greece and PCI DSS certified, ensuring that your card details are never stored at any stage of the process.
Bank transfer
You may deposit the amount in one of the following accounts, quoting your order number or your full name. The order is executed once the deposit is confirmed; if it is not completed within three (3) days, it is automatically cancelled.
