Aluminium seals the coffee airtight. No air gets in, no light. So the aroma and the freshness stay locked inside, right up to the moment you press the button. That is why the espresso comes out with rich crema and a clean taste. When you are done, the aluminium is recyclable.

It is a 100% Arabica blend, with beans from Guatemala, Colombia and Honduras. We roast it ourselves at our roastery, to a medium-to-dark roast.
