From Joe’s Irish coffee to Baileys Domination!

The first Irish coffee is believed to have been created in the 1940s by a bartender named Joe Sheridan at the Foynes port in county Limerick, Ireland. According to legend, Joe crafted this beverage to comfort a group of Americans who had just docked on a frosty winter evening. He elevated their coffee by adding a splash of Irish whiskey and topping it with a generous layer of cream, transforming a simple drink into a delightful indulgence. This creation soon gained international fame as Irish coffee!

A few years later, Irish cream liqueur was created, or as we know and love it, Baileys Irish cream, which is extremely popular worldwide. Its base is whiskey and includes cream, sugar, and vanilla or chocolate flavors!
