Rizopoulos Nespresso Peru 100% Arabica capsules are aluminium capsules filled with single-origin coffee from Peru, compatible with Nespresso Original machines. They give a soft, sweet, medium-intensity espresso with a note of chocolate and rich crema, without bitterness. Each box has 10 capsules.

Why an aluminium capsule and not plastic?

Aluminium seals the coffee airtight. No air gets in, no light. So the aroma and the freshness stay locked inside, right up to the moment you press the button. That is why the espresso comes out with rich crema and a clean taste. When you are done, the aluminium is recyclable.

How does it taste?

Coffee from Peru is soft and sweet. It has a light note of chocolate and a clean, balanced taste. It is not heavy and it does not hit you hard. It is 100% Arabica, so it does not have the harsh, bitter taste that robusta capsules leave behind. It is the espresso you enjoy every day.

Where is the coffee from?

It is single-origin coffee, 100% Arabica from the highlands of Peru, grown at up to 1,800 metres. The varieties are Bourbon, Caturra and Typica, and the coffee is washed, a process that gives a clean taste. We roast it ourselves at our roastery.
