At our e-shop we want every customer to be completely satisfied with their order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, the following terms apply:

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

According to applicable legislation (Law 2251/1994 on Consumer Protection, as amended), the consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the products, without the need to state a reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing at [email protected] with the subject “Withdrawal", including:

Order number
Full name
Products to be returned
Date of receipt

EXCEPTIONS

Returns are not possible for:

Products that have been opened/used and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g. coffee packages that have been opened).
Special or customized orders (e.g. personalized packaging).

RETURN PROCEDURE

The product must be returned within 14 calendar days from the withdrawal notice, in its original condition, without damage, in the original packaging and with all accompanying items (if any).
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product was defective or incorrect.
Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
We recommend using a courier service with tracking. Until we receive the product, responsibility lies with the customer.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

In case of a defective or incorrect product, we will cover the cost of return or replacement. The customer must notify us immediately with photographic evidence or description so that we can arrange collection or send a replacement product.

REFUND PERIOD

Refunds are completed within up to 14 calendar days from the day we receive the returned product and confirm its condition. The refund will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction.

PARTIAL RETURNS OR CANCELLATIONS

If part of an order is returned or canceled, the corresponding amount will be refunded. If, due to the partial return, shipping costs change (e.g. free shipping conditions are no longer met), the related cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

DEADLINES AND COURIERS

The customer may use our partner courier or another courier of their choice, under their responsibility until we receive the return. We recommend using tracking for safety.

RETURNS OUTSIDE GREECE

For orders outside the EU, any duties or taxes already paid are non-refundable. Any additional customs charges incurred during return are borne by the customer.

RIGHT TO REJECT RETURN

The company reserves the right to reject a return if the product does not meet the requirements (e.g. has damage beyond necessary inspection, missing items, or was returned outside the legal deadline).

Our product return rate is extremely low (<0.5% of total orders), reflecting our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
